How it WORKS
Your part takes an afternoon. The rest is mine. Everything is decided in week 1, before a single page is designed: your offer, your pages, your images and your sign-off all agreed while nothing is being built. So weeks 2 and 3 are pure build time, and it is why I only take one build at a time.
Week 1
You fill in one form and drop your files into your client portal. It covers your offer, your customers, the questions you get asked constantly and what you want the site to do. That is everything I need to write and design the whole thing.
Week 2
I set up your workspace, your global styles and the design direction, then build the pages that earn: your home page, your services and wherever people book.
Week 3
The remaining pages, your footer and legal links, then every form, button and booking link connected and tested. Mobile is sorted as pages take shape rather than squeezed in at the end. You get the full site to look at.
Week 4
You send your feedback in one place, I make the changes, and your site goes live. You get a video showing you how to edit it yourself whenever you want to.
After launch
Fourteen days of support for questions or bugs.

You brief once and I take it from there. I scope the build, write the copy and design every page, so your site sounds like you throughout. Everything runs through a dedicated Slack workspace, so your questions go straight to the person doing the work and every decision stays in one place you can search.

Before you BOOK
Because the decisions are made before I start designing. Your form, your files and your sign-off all happen in week 1, so weeks 2 and 3 are build time rather than chasing time.
No. I write every page from your onboarding form. Copywriting is part of the build, so you do not write a word of it.
We agree a stock direction in week 1 and I source them. If you would rather shoot your own that works too, we just need them before week 2.
Tell me early and we either move your dates or start with what is ready and pick the rest up after launch.
You get fourteen days of support for questions and bugs. Anything new is a half day, a full day or a new booking, whenever suits you.
