Hi, I'm Randa, founder of Powder Mill Press. I'm also a working parent of autistic twins, which means I understand what it really takes to build a business while living a full and complicated life.

I started my business in 2019 after a career as a secondary teacher and a lot of retraining and requalifying. My background taught me how to break down complicated concepts, communicate clearly and present information in a way that draws an audience in, which is exactly how I approach marketing strategy.

My approach is grounded in one belief: your business deserves systems that work while you're offline. Every strategy I recommend, every tool I suggest and every system I build has been tested in my own business first.
