You'll gain access to your Client Portal, complete with your project timeline, a content upload space, and clear instructions on how to prepare. My Content Planning Guide is included to make the copy process feel structured rather than overwhelming.
Before any design work begins, we map out your website's framework and content flow, ensuring every page is purposeful, every section earns its place, and your ideal client is guided naturally through the experience, with careful thought given to what they feel and how your brand communicates at each interaction. From there, your website is built with careful attention to layout, type hierarchy, mobile responsiveness and user experience across every device.
You'll review the full site via your Client Portal and share your feedback. This is a collaborative process, and we refine together until everything feels considered, clear, and right.
Your website is tested, optimised and launched. Two weeks of post-launch support follow, alongside personalised video tutorials and handover guides, so you feel completely confident from day one and never left wondering what to do next.
